A fantastic experience, everytime! I did not have the flower recipient's phone number so could not fill out the delivery form completely. Jack reached out to me to see if I had the number and then took it upon himself to go to the address (near to the shop ) to find out if they would be home to receive the bouquet to keep it out of this January cold. He went back a second time after he had made the arrangement to deliver it. Customer service and thoughtfulness you can only get from a local business that cares about its community. Wildflower Designs is wonderful.
